- LB - Land and Building: includes the land and building only, but not any existing business entity
- LBB - Land, Building, and Business: includes the land, building, and the existing business name and activity
- BO - Business Only: includes the business only, and not the land or building the business may occupy
- BB - Building and Business: includes the business and building the business occupies, but not the land
- LWLH - Land with Lease Hold: includes a land lease and lease hold improvements
- LHO - Land Hold Only: includes the land only with no building, business, or lease hold improvements
- CC - Commercial Condo: includes the ownership interest in the occupied space of a multi-tenant business condo
